(Past President - CDCVAS)
We asked Steve to share a story of success that wouldn’t have been possible without the help of JLP Solutions.
As past president of CDCVAS, I saw a broken system as it related to our the annual review of process for our Executive Director's performance.
Each year a new president is elected, and I was surprised to learn our ED previously went five years without an annual review.
We worked with JLP Solutions to implement a plan that would allow for involvement of the current, past president and president-elect in the annual reviews of our executive director.
Jenny understood the problem and drafted policies and procedures that allow changing board leadership to conduct annual reviews without fail.
We just completed the third rating period and it has allowed for much more accountability and consistency.
