After earning a degree in Public Relations, Alyssa began her career with YWCA NCW, gaining valuable experience in the non-profit, marketing and communications space, while also demonstrating herself as a professional committed to Diversity Equity and Inclusion.

With five years of Human Resources experience, Alyssa established herself as a Certified Human Resource professional upon earning her SHRM-CP.

Allyssa recently joined JLP Solutions Consulting as a Human Resources and Communications consultant, Alyssa is known for her communications, social content development, and Human Resources expertse. While her consultant and independent contractor work has allowed her to contribute her skills internationaly, Alyssa is proud to call North Central Washington home.
