Alyssa Martinez began her career with the YWCA of North Central Washington, gaining valuable experience in nonprofit marketing, communications, and advocacy, while establishing herself as a professional committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. She holds a degree in Public Relations and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (SHRM-CP), bringing both expertise and passion to her work.

With five years of human resources experience, Alyssa has developed strong skills in employee relations, organizational culture, and people management. She is equally known for her communications and social content development, supporting organizations in telling their stories while building strong, inclusive workplaces.

While her consulting and independent contractor work has taken her to projects internationally, Alyssa is proud to call North Central Washington home and to serve nonprofits in her community.
