She also excelled in grant writing, contract negotiation, fiscal compliance, and budgeting, all while centering anti-racism and staff well-being.

Carly's legal experience includes representing survivors of domestic violence under the federal Victims of Crime Act Program and prosecuting felony elder abuse cases at the Pierce County Prosecutor's Office.
