A proud Wenatchee High School graduate, Ryan earned his Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Scranton and holds a strong academic foundation from Western Washington University.

With a background spanning market analysis, project management, and research-driven innovation, Ryan is especially passionate about strengthening the nonprofit healthcare and human services landscape. His previous work with Molina Healthcare—a mission-driven leader in community healthcare—focused on strategic planning, data analysis, solution development, and process improvement, all of which directly support Helping Nonprofits Thrive’s vision for sustainable, systems-level impact.

From leading national case competitions to presenting research abroad in Central and Eastern Europe, Ryan is known for his ability to communicate complex ideas, guide cross-functional teams, and drive forward-looking strategies. His global perspective and analytical approach align with our mission to empower nonprofits through innovative, tailored solutions.
